Utah & Idaho Summer Road Trip

We had a great time visiting family and friends while in Utah. Kent had a BBQ for all the family at a park near his house when we arrived Friday. We celebrated the 4th of July with the typical Kaysville City parade in which we were pummelled by red, white, and blue necklaces. We enjoyed my dad's good dutch oven chicken and lit off fireworks with my brothers. Then I took the girls with Kent, Laura, Aron and my mom to see the fireworks at the DATC. We also got to ride the Frontrunner train into SL and enjoy playing in the fountains at the Gateway. We spent a day at the Roy Aquatics center, and got to hang out with Diana and Amanda and families. Then we spent a couple of days in Idaho Falls where we found out Mackenzie had developed an ear infection and my nephew Ethan broke his arm. Two doctors office visits in two days. We enjoyed our great vacation and loved seeing everyone!
