By the way, this is Ben writing this blog entry. We just returned from the hottest place on earth. No, I'm not talking about our house here in Washington (I am pretty hot though if I must say so myself). I'm talking about H-O-U-S-T-O-N as in Houston, Texas. We spent the last few days house hunting down there in anticipation of our relocation from the Pacific Northwest to Houston. Man was it hot. I guess that's what we get for house hunting in the middle of August! Anyway, we found a place. It's new construction and is slated to be done by the end of the month. We close on the house the 29th of September. Here are some pics of the place.
