December Accomplishments

We had 2 firsts in December. Tori had her first piano recital. She played two songs: Good King Wencelas and O Come All Ye Faithful as a duet with a friend. She practiced and practiced those songs for weeks. All the hard work paid off and she did amazing. Tori has an amazing piano teacher that she absolutely loves. Hopefully now that Tori sees that practicing does yield results we won't have as many battles. . . time will tell.

Our second "first" was that Alyssa has learned to ride her bike without training wheels. She loves to practice and attacks this challenge as she does many things: head on. The nice thing about living in Texas is that you can practice riding your bike all winter long. Go Alyssa!
