This year we decided to keep Alyssa and Tori's birthday celebrating low key. Alyssa picked a couple of friends to go to open gym night at her gymnastics studio. They loved playing on all the equipment. After they were thoroughly exhausted we came back and had cupcakes. On her actual birthday we opened presents and ate a cake decorated from the movie Tangled. 
Grandma and Grandpa Johnson were able to come and spend the weekend with us to celebrate both girls' birthdays. It's always extra special when we have family here to celebrate with.

My big girl in some new clothes she got for her birthday. She loves this little purse because it's just like one Tori has. Anything to be like her big sister.
Things We Love About Alyssa:
1. She is sweet and thoughtful.
2. When she sees a chance to be helpful she often jumps in to help.
3. She is a great big sister and loves to help take care of Mackenzie. She reads her stories or helps get her ready for bed.
4. She thinks deeply about life in general. Sometimes I wonder what she's thinking.
5. She has a funny sense of humor and loves to laugh.
6. Alyssa wants to do what is right and feels a real sense of right and wrong.

Happy Birthday Girl y. If you ever find that picture of the Tangled cake I would love to see it. That is Kysha new favorite thing any thing Tangled she plays her all the time and even sings that song when her hair glow.
