Utah Trip - Day 2

The next day was the 4th of July. We met Kent and Laura at the Kaysville City parade which is always a highlight of the trip for the girls. The excitement of catching all that candymakes it worth
standing in the sun for 2 hours.

 Playing in the shade.
 "Look at all that taffy!"

Enjoying a drink, squirting each other with squirt bottles, and blowing ice cream cone bubbles before the parade.
Grandpa Christensen in the veteran's truck.  He's in the cab in the middle so it was kind of hard to see him in the picture.

That afternoon we had a BBQ at Uncle Aron's house and lighting of fireworks.
 Captive audience members.

Aron always buys a few big fireworks.

Ben bought these huge morning glory sparklers this year.  Always a favorite.

Aron and I took the older 3 girls to the fireworks display that Kaysville does every year.  These girls love their uncle Aron!
