Christmas Lights

I love this time of year because of some of the family traditions we have. One of our favorites is to drive around the Christmas light display at the Portland International Raceway. We let the girls sit in the back seat and snuggle with their pillows and blankets and look at all the lights. Even Mackenzie who doesn't like riding in her car seat in the dark liked it. She did get to sit on Dad's lap though! Tori and Alyssa especially looked forward to getting the mini candy canes they give out with the coupons and recyclable grocery bag. Ah! The simple pleasures of childhood.
