Disney World Trip 2014-Driving and Legoland

In March we were eager for Spring Break to come because it meant heading back to Disneyworld.  Kira couldn't stop talking about seeing Minnie and going to Disneyworld.  She was so cute.  Every time we went somewhere she thought we were going to Disneyworld.  The day finally came!  We took 2 days to drive out again.
This is what most of the drive looked like.  Ben driving, munching on sunflower seeds. . .
. . . the girls either sleeping or watching movies.  The first morning we left really early and just had them get in the car in their pajamas.

We ended up staying in 2 different hotels one on Sunday night and another one Monday night so we could use some of Ben's Marriott reward points to save some cash.
This was a beautiful resort and here was a view from our room.  They had paddle boats on the lake and all kinds of fun amenities that we didn't have time to really enjoy.  We were pretty tired that day so we just enjoyed the pool and ordered some pizza that we ate at the hotel.
Swimming at the chilly pool at the Marriott Resort.
Day 1:  LEGOLAND
Our Disney hotel room wasn't available until Tuesday so we decided to take a day at LEGOLAND on Monday and try something new.  Overall it was a fun smaller amusement park.  We had a fun day exploring.

The real bonus is they had several of these intermediate roller coasters that were not too big and all three of the older kids loved it!
Fast action shot using my digital camera skills!  I sped up the shutter speed so it wasn't blurry and it worked!  Fun to see our faces!
Same ride again.  We rode this 3 times I think.  I thought it was a little scary because it felt like the cart tipped to the side as we went around the corners.  The girls loved it though!
Tori was nice enough to wait in line with Mackenzie for about 1/2 hour to ride these little cars.  They had a whole track with stop signs and intersections and everything.

 Waiting. . .
Once Alyssa saw how fun it was, she wanted to try.  I think were were at this ride for about 1 1/2 hours because we had to wait twice!
Whole car made out of Legos!

Here is one of the pictures of some boats we rode.  I was riding with Alyssa and she managed to steer the boat just right so I got soaked under a water fountain!
Here is the Lego City area that is in the middle of the park.  The entire area is replicas of different cities.  They had several buttons you could push that would make boats or cars move, or water squirt.  This was probably the girls' favorite part of the park.
