We took a part of this Saturday to take a tour of a local nature center. We looked around at the little visitors center they had and then enjoyed a walk around the pond. It was beautiful day and a good opportunity to enjoy nature without it being too hot! We really need to do this more though because there were lots of comments like, "What was that sound?" I think I saw a crocidile!" etc. Apparently we really need to expose them to more of the great outdoors! Half way around the pond there was this little park so of course we had to take a moment to stop and play. Tori is into the Series of Unfortunate Events book series now so they were all pretending they were characters and lived on their own. I don't think Alyssa and Mackenzie really understood what was going on, but if there's a fun game encouraged by Tori they're all for it. I loved these pictures because they just captured a day in our life!
