Piano Recital
This year Tori and Alyssa have both been taking lessons from a friend of ours, Emilee Carruth. She has been great for both girls. Alyssa has been really excited to take piano and doesn't complain about practicing. She seems to really like it and enjoyed the challenge of memorizing her 2 pieces: "Dinosaur Pets" and "Up on the House Top." Tori ran into a few challenges with the first piece she picked, but with perseverance she did manage to memorize "Angels We Have Heard on High" and "Edelweiss." Because our friend only has a few students, she combined with another teacher for the recital. Both girls were nervous because this was a bigger group than they were used to. Alyssa was probably more nervous about having to announce the titles of the songs herself than actually having to play her songs. The hard work paid off and they both did a wonderful job!

Well I think they did awesome while practing while we were there so I'm sure they both did amazing. They look so cute. Did Tori get her haircut? It looks so cute.
